The Global HR System Administrator – Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital team. This role will be responsible for spearheading the research and functional management of the PeopleSoft system, with a strong emphasis on system optimization, user experience enhancement, and seamless integration across multiple platforms, as well as analyzing current processes and recommending innovative improvements by leveraging PeopleSoft capabilities to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role will be located in our Global Services Office in downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
