We are currently seeking bright, enthusiastic college students to join our Associate Recruiting Department in our Austin, Houston, Orange County and the Bay Area offices. Interns will have the opportunity to help with strategic planning, implementation, and direction of the firm-wide law school and associate hiring programs. They will work on projects related to summer program events, budget management, staffing and evaluation, and the organization of our interview programs. Interns will build valuable knowledge and skills while working in a dynamic and virtual workplace, and will return to school with a broad understanding of lawyer and staff positions available in the legal industry. Interns may start employment on November 3, 2025 or December 15, 2025 and must be available to work through to March 6, 2026.
Flexibility to work overtime is required and vacation days are not provided. There is flexibility to work part time and remote work schedules to accommodate school schedules.
