About the Role

The Well-Being & Benefits Analyst I – Health Services is an integral part of Latham’s Well-Being & Benefits team. This role will be responsible for assisting with a variety of responsibilities in support of the activities, reporting, and processes related to the firm’s on-site and near-site health center clinic facilities, its chronic disease management, and dedicated well-being counselor and coach programs across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, as well as supporting idea generation and development for clinic programs by participating in clinician meetings and presentations.This role will be located in either our Chicago or New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Entering clinic program data for utilization and initiative engagement using Excel, ensuring high accuracy
  • Helping prepare promotional materials, including drafting content and creating and/or editing presentations, handouts, and invites using PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Coordinating logistics for clinic programs, including working with local teams and securing space
  • Responding to email inquiries about clinics and health services
  • Assisting in planning and implementing evaluation tools and analyzing feedback to improve future programs
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels
  • Exhibit abilities that are team-oriented, with a focus on customer service
  • Demonstrate skills in problem identification, analysis, and escalation

And have:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of administrative or professional services experience, preferably
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; preferably, a bachelor’s degree
