About the Role

The Attorney Support PROS Senior Coordinator – Workflow is an integral part of Latham’s Attorney Support team. This role will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the quality of work and workflow of the PROS team, while ensuring objectives are met in a timely manner, and leveraging, as appropriate, additional support centers to ensure excellence in customer service. This role will be located in either our Boston or Washington, D.C. office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Training new team members and providing ongoing support
  • Counseling and coaching team members around any performance deficiencies and proactively providing growth opportunities
  • Ensuring excellence in customer service through implementing continuous improvement strategies from feedback gathered by talking to PROS lawyers and local office management
  • Providing input to mid-year and year-end reviews
  • Responding to employee and lawyer concerns in a helpful and fitting manner, while escalating complicated matters to the appropriate Manager
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains 

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Display leadership skills (i.e., organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making) necessary for effective mentoring
  • Possess strong knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including word processing, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Chrome River, Outlook, Cisco Phone, Intapp, iManage, Foundation, Event Management System, and specific technology as assigned

And have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • A minimum of five (5) years of cumulative professional experience
